If you contact us, your message may include your name, email address, order number and any details you choose to share. Please do not send passwords, full payment card details or other unnecessary sensitive information.
The contact form prepares a message in your own email application when a support address is available. It does not send a message automatically, upload attachments or save your message to this website.
Review form preview
The review form displays a local preview only. Text and selected image files are held in the current page for display, are not uploaded, and disappear when the page is reloaded. Example reviews and product photos are labeled as illustrations.
Website operation and external media
This version of the website uses browser storage to remember the offer countdown. It does not include an advertising pixel or analytics script. Your browser can remove or block local storage through its settings.
Some product videos load from external Shopify content servers. Loading this media can disclose technical information, such as your IP address and browser request data, to that provider. The provider’s own privacy terms govern its handling of that information.
Orders and payments
If ordering is enabled, the checkout provider will display the information it collects and its payment and privacy terms before you complete an order. Do not enter payment information in our contact form.
