The product page advertises a 30-day money-back offer and a separate 100-night guarantee. Their full conditions must be confirmed by the merchant before checkout is enabled. This page does not replace any non-waivable consumer rights.
Return requests
The proposed return window is 30 days from delivery. Contact support with your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for your request. Wait for return instructions and the correct return address before sending a package.
Eligibility for used or washed bedding, required packaging, return shipping costs, any restocking fees and the return destination have not yet been finalized. These conditions must be clearly disclosed before purchase. No unannounced fee may be added to an existing order’s return terms.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered. Include a description and, if practical, photos of the issue. The remedy and any shipping arrangements will be assessed under the terms provided at purchase and applicable law.
Bundles and free items
For a promotional bundle, any refund must account for the discount actually applied and may not exceed the amount paid. Before checkout is enabled, the merchant must specify whether a complete promotional set or its gifts must be returned and how partial returns are calculated.
The 100-night guarantee
This guarantee is separate from the 30-day return window. The merchant must define its start date, coverage, exclusions and whether the remedy is a replacement, refund or another benefit before offering it for sale. The reference store’s guarantee is not automatically a guarantee from this merchant.
Refunds and cancellations
When a refund is approved, support will confirm the amount, payment method and timing. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the credit. Shipment-delay cancellations are subject to the applicable federal rules described in our Shipping Policy.
